Debt & Daylight Optimization Engine

Every dollar, put where it does the most work

This is not a payoff calculator. It is an optimization engine: it simulates five allocation models month by month, applies payment-timing math, and shows exactly how much principal, interest, and future cash flow each dollar produces. No required payment is ever skipped.

1. Income & monthly bills

Enter your debts in step 2, not here. This step is everything that isn't a debt payment.

Your steady paycheck after taxes, hourly or salary. Leave commission, bonuses, tips and overtime out of this box.

Extra pay that arrives as a lump once a month. Use your honest average, if it swings a lot, use a low month so the plan never over-promises.

Rent, insurance, phone, childcare, bills that never change. Do not include any debt minimum payments here. The engine pulls those from your debts below, so adding them twice would hide money you actually have.Paying off your mortgage too? Add it as a debt in step 2 instead of putting the payment here.

Groceries, gas, eating out, subscriptions, your everyday spending.

Quick rule

Debt payment? → step 2. Same bill every month? → Fixed bills. Varies with how you live? → Living expenses.

2. Your debts

Every debt you owe, cards, car loan, student loans, personal loans. The engine pays each minimum for you, then puts every leftover dollar to work.

Leave minimum blank to estimate it at 1% of balance + interest (min $25). Add the limit if you want the credit-utilization model to be accurate.

3. Optimization objective

Your comparison dashboard

Enter your income and at least one debt, choose an objective, then run the engine. You'll see five allocation models compared on debt-free date, interest, cash flow created, and dollar efficiency.
